a) Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@saviglitz.com
with your order details.
Once the order is cancelled successfully, the refund will be initiated as per our refund policy.
b) Cancellation After Shipment
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
If the order is already shipped, you may refer to our return policy (if applicable).

a) Eligible Refunds
Refunds will be initiated in the following cases:
Order cancelled before shipment
Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Product is out of stock after order confirmation
Proof such as photos or videos may be required for verification.
b) Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or washing
Products without original tags or packaging
Customized or altered products (if applicable)
Products returned after the return window

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Original tags, invoice, and packaging must be intact
Return request must be raised within [X] days of delivery
- Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
- Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product delivered by us.
Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.
- Exchange Policy (If Applicable)
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Customers may request an exchange for size, color, or product defects within the return window.
